Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Standard Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in resalable condition with tags/labels still attached.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rappbrand.com with your order number. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a standard return and place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bespoke / Custom-made items.
  • Personalized or monogrammed accessories.

Because these items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
